Welcome home to the Bahá’í Music Store

It’s wonderful to have you here again.

For many years, the Bahá’í Music Store has been a place to find devotional songs, children’s music, audio books and the work of Bahá’í-inspired artists from around the world. So when the store went dark for a couple of months, we know many of you wondered what had happened.

Here is the honest answer. We were not hacked, your data is safe, and the store was never closing. The server that hosted us failed catastrophically and destroyed the website and all its files. Thankfully, the store’s databases, including your account, your order history and your past purchases, survived completely intact, and no personal information was ever exposed.

We have rebuilt the store on a brand-new, faster and more secure home, and it is so good to open the doors again. Thank you for waiting for us, and for every song, prayer and story you have shared with your families and communities through this store.

It's the spaces between the notes that strike you when listening to Tom Francis. With notes that breathe and harmonies that suggest more voices than are present, the dancing guitar notes below the story pull you in and out of light and darkness. This is music to fall into and get lost in.

All songs written by Tom Francis, excluding the Bahá'í Quotation and Prayer as indicated and also 'Mona With The Children' which was composed by Douglas John Cameron and published by BMG Ruby Songs/Don't Blink Music.

Special mention should be made of the song 'This Is Where I Stand', which was inspired by a poem by Mahvash Sabet and is dedicated to her and the many other Bahá'ís who are currently imprisoned in Iran for no other reason than practising their Faith. This song is a humble attempt to help words of strength and hope uttered in confinement to reach hearts in wide open spaces.

Special thanks go to James for the time, focus and soul he gave this record, to Anthony for the input and superb skills in capturing and mixing the music and to Jacqui for the wonderful album design, it was a real pleasure to work with you all.
