Bahá’í Music Store

Welcome home to the Bahá’í Music Store

It’s wonderful to have you here again.

For many years, the Bahá’í Music Store has been a place to find devotional songs, children’s music, audio books and the work of Bahá’í-inspired artists from around the world. So when the store went dark for a couple of months, we know many of you wondered what had happened.

Here is the honest answer. We were not hacked, your data is safe, and the store was never closing. The server that hosted us failed catastrophically and destroyed the website and all its files. Thankfully, the store’s databases, including your account, your order history and your past purchases, survived completely intact, and no personal information was ever exposed.

We have rebuilt the store on a brand-new, faster and more secure home, and it is so good to open the doors again. Thank you for waiting for us, and for every song, prayer and story you have shared with your families and communities through this store.

Can’t find something you bought before? Please reach out. Contact us with what you’re looking for, and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can to make sure you have it.

With love and gratitude,

Jon

This original music came into being to expressly assist the listener to memorize selected Writings from the Baha'i Faith through an aural pathway. Cello, piano, Native American flute and percussion are the instruments lovingly used to embrace the Holy Writ.

The idea for this CD came to me upon meeting Karen Martin in The Refuge at Louhelen Baha'i School in Michigan during May 2010. It was Karen's heavenly voice, heard during prayers, which inspired me to invite her to become the mouthpiece forthese selections which I humbly offer musically to all who may wish to acquaint themselves with some of the written "gems' from the Pen of the All Glorious and major pillars of the Baha'i Faith.

After more than a year of patient creativity and perseverance, "Pearls from an Endless Sea" has been made available for all to appreciate some of the most beautiful writings lovingly embraced by original music, whose sole aim is to provide modest settings for these "gems" to be heard, admired and loved. If, like myself, one tends to memorize more easily through hearing than by seeing, this format may also prove valuable to the listener by increasing his or her grasp of these exquisite writings contained within.
