Sarah Mohebiany

Now a singer–songwriter, composer, recording artist and music educator, Sarah Mohebiany's musical beginnings started with learning the violin and piano when she was four years old, mainly focused on classical training. Throughout her youth, her focus on contributing towards community building efforts inspired her to also start teaching herself the guitar and ukulele with singing, so that she could become better able to serve communities through creating, sharing, and teaching music. While discovering her own sound and style, she has focused on creating music inspired by and set to Bahá'í sacred writings and prayers, while also composing her own original–lyric songs and instrumental–only works. Sarah has started to professionally record her music – a process that started with her exclusive album preview, "Through Thine Inspiration," which was launched on March 20, 2021. On the three featured tracks, listeners are able to get introduced to her truly unique vibe and sound, as she performs all of the vocals, violin, piano, ukulele, guitar, viola, and djembe! Sarah hopes that her music will serve a positive purpose in this world by inspiring and uplifting the hearts and minds of others, while unifying communities through engaging with her music.
