Music and libretto by Mimi McClellan. Audio restoration by Jon Rezin and Bill Dvorak. Cover artwork by Tali Hamilton and Zoe Bowen. Program by Maggie McClellan. This recording was made at the show's debut on June 21st, 1973, at the 3rd National Baha'i Youth Conference in Oklahoma City. The work was commissioned by the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the United States, for the purpose of teaching youth about the Baha'i Laws. The large mostly amateur cast and crew were drawn from among the New England Baha'is, and were rehearsed at Mimi's home in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Mimi and the cast worked for over six months to be ready to perform the show at the youth conference, where they received a standing ovation lasting over 2 minutes from an audience of over 4,000. The attached program includes cast recollections, biographical information on the composer and a detailed playlist to use with the recording.
